Incredible value for money, especially with the deal we got. The lowest category room was perfect, with a stunning view from the 21st floor.- The separate room bathroom with white marble and floor-to-ceiling windows was a unique experience.- The outdoor pool was a great option to cool down after a hot day.- No issues for unmarried couples staying together in a double room, unlike other places in the traditional city.- The reception staff were courteous and helpful.- The dinner buffet was very cheap compared to nearby restaurants.- The internet speed was good.- The elevators were efficient and the food service was excellent.
The location, although not in the city center, was worth it. The breakfast was better than expected and the dinner buffet was outstanding.

easy to find and comfortable room
for this price, the room needed an update - we arrived to be told that the hotel was full and they did not have our reservation from Booked.net - took about 15-20 minutes to resolve this. Not a great start but they did resolve it...as above, the room has seen better days...we expected better for 5 stars.

Breakfasts and dinners. Clean, nice. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Closed shop during working day, uncomfortable and cold pool outside, organisation of spa - you have to go to the pool area through fitness, which is full of watching, sweaty men.

The Grand Hotel Konya offers fantastic value for money with stunning views from the higher floors. The hotel provides accommodating staff, a refreshing outdoor pool, and a cheap dinner buffet. The location is convenient near the airport and away from city traffic.
Can't fault anything about it.

The Extrablatt Café & Bistro is a delightful place to enjoy delicious food from breakfast till late night. The hotel offers various services like massage, skin treatment, and hairdressing. The Business Center caters to all business needs. Club Inferno is the new door to entertainment. The peaceful atmosphere at the hotel was great.
The parking was so spacious and convenient that I had to walk a whole extra minute to reach the entrance. The struggle was real!

The Rixos hotel in Konya is a large hotel with excessive and fake luxury, located very far from the center of Konya where all touristic attractions are. A huge infrastructure (they are proud of having a 101 meter tall building) in the middle of nowhere, without any view but empty land, and with mediocre services.

Located in an upcoming area, just a short ride from downtown, this hotel offers stunning views of the city. The rooms are well-appointed, and the bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. The staff is generally helpful and efficient, and guests can enjoy a bar with live music.
The spa services need improvement.

Spacious, clean and luxury rooms.
Far from city and its address difficult to find. Its food quality is quiet poor for a 5 star hotel! Swimming pools are nice but freezing!!

This hotel is a great place to spend a weekend away. The indoor swimming pool is huge and inviting, even in winter. The breakfast staff are enthusiastic and helpful, and the food court on the top floor of the adjoining shopping centre is a convenient option for meals outside of the hotel. The hotel is located just outside the city centre and easily accessible by car, with plenty of parking available.
The hotel lacks character and some of the amenities are falling apart. The air conditioning didn't work properly and the windows are sealed, making for uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

Spent my Christmas holidays at a lovely hotel that offered an excellent dinner buffet and a spacious room with comfortable beds for a very reasonable price. It was perfect for me and my partner who were looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The hotel was located near public transport so getting around was easy, and the staff were courteous and friendly. One of the best aspects of our stay was the stunning view from our room.
The hotel's elevators were quite slow and at times there was a long wait, but it was manageable. Another downside was the inconsistent and weak Wi-Fi connection which made it hard to stay connected.
